Perched above the action on a beautiful tree-lined street, The Libretto is a great way to enjoy the vibrant life of 14th and U street on a budget. It doesn't have the full suite of amenities and is not as new as the Clifton which is just around the corner, but the location and value can't be beat. Great way to enjoy some of the most beautiful blocks in the District and all that 14th Street and U Street have to offer.
